Distances: Varkaus 20 km, Kuopio 90 km, Mikkeli 85 km, Savonlinna 90 km Bicycles and helmets are available if needed. Swimming beach 3 km The apartment's kitchen has the basic cooking utensils.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.
