Holiday rentals with lake access in South Stormont

We stayed at Chris’ place to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday party. The location was ideal for us & exactly as advertised. We’ll be back to stay in the spring/summer when we can enjoy the beautiful deck, fire pit & kayaks.

Marc’s place checked off all our boxes for a wonderful weekend getaway celebrating my 30th birthday. Space was big enough for our 10 guests to comfortably sleep. Large dining room table to sit all of us for meals. Enough space in the backyard to play games and plenty of seating available. Fire pit was our favourite part with plenty of firewood to use! Marc was responsive to my messages and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Could not recommend this place more!

Our stay was great! Absolutely beautiful log cabin perfectly tucked away and private! We didn’t have great weather when we went seeing as it was the middle of the winter, but the game room was a great feature and kept us busy the whole stay!

Such a peaceful, beautiful place. I felt at home immediately and loved every moment spend there. Would definitely stay here again!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Beautiful location! The house was very well stocked. The hospitality was 10/10. Our group had a great time. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had!

We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this immediately became one of our favorites. Beautiful spot on the river, relaxing hot tub and everything was super clean. The place was very comfortable for our family. It was a rainy weekend, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of all the outdoor amenities but hope to come back at some point for pickleball and kayaking.

We had a great experience at Beth’s great place! We arrived set to have a full agenda. Plans changed as a result of a weather front. We found ourselves with time to relax and enjoy the home. Everything was as described with the setting beyond expectations. We spent an entire afternoon overlooking the water and catching up on valuable family time. Our dinner at Jake’s a mile away capped off a perfect weekend. We will be back again

This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

Sam was a great host and quick to respond to our questions. It was a great location with walkable food and shopping. I would stay there again and recommend it to others travelling there.

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. I have stayed here at Nancy's place 4-5 times. I travel to the north country for work a lot. It is a great place to stay, always clean. Host is very caring and responsive, even making sure to clear the drive and sidewalks as soon as it snows. The host and I were kidding back and forth about me writing a review(I generally don't write reviews).... I told her no because I wanted to keep this gem for myself! It really is a home away from home and the Host's make the beautiful stay even better.

This is my favorite place to stay in my 21-day trip to eastern Canada. The accommodation is very private and quiet. The environment is quiet and beautiful. If I come to Thousand Island Lake again next time, this is definitely my only choice.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout, it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing space. The location was peaceful and perfect for a family getaway, with plenty of space to enjoy time together. 10/10 would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-cared-for home. Beautiful cottage and location. Home was pristine. Dock wasn’t accessible, which was unfortunate since we expected it to be based on photos. Aside from that no complaints! Cell service was terrible, so if that’s important, this may not be the place for you.

We loved our stay for an anniversary trip. Great location and peaceful. Loved the beach by the river. Beautiful sunset, watched the ships go by while fishing. The house was clean, well stocked, and felt homey. I loved the large deck. Derrick was a great host and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely return!
