Cosy Flo's is a newly converted modern one bed rental. Ideally located with just a 20 minute stroll to the heart of Tynemouth, Longsands Beach and North Shields Fish Quay. The local area is full to the brim of things to do and see. We are a 15 minute drive from Newcastle city centre. The rental is super cosy, immaculately cleaned and safe. A perfect base to explore all that Tynemouth and Northumberland has to offer. One of the rare properties in the area with free parking and garage space.

Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

Stunning! Loft 2 @ The Burton Building

Stunning & spacious studio apartment, Features Air Con and a full, modern kitchen & bathroom, and 100 inch TV. Just 2 mins from the A19 motorway, so an ideal location for anyone visiting the North East for work or pleasure! This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access.
