Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located a few steps from Copacabana. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping, so nothing is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which has provided pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete equipment of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative, and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. This is the third time we have stayed in space and like the other times everything was excellent. Apê is super well located, comfortable and Fernando is very good people, always willing to help. We will return to São Paulo again, and we will definitely stay at this accommodation.

Apartamento as always impeccable and with several utensils that have no way to stay in your hand, I love staying with my family, an extremely clean and cozy house. Mr. Geremias and wife always requested. Apartment with great location. I only have compliments.

The stay is a steep climb where it is difficult to climb by car. But it was super quiet to climb on foot, climbed up and down with my son in the lap of good. Short and quick ascent. House unlikely, my family loved it! Kitchen with all the utensils, comfortable beds. What bothered was only the fact that the windows did not have black out, which allows the delivery of light in the room (even at night) and also causes it to bang a lot of sunshine in the afternoon, causing the air conditioning not to cool the whole environment (the rooms do not have air conditioning). We spend some warmth in the rooms because of this, but nothing that has diminished the good hosting experience.

We only spent one weekend, but it was all very nice, the house is very cozy and was extremely clean. Bed and bath linens, well clean and smelling. We really like it, we'll be back for sure.

Cátia and family served us very well! They are proactive to respond and very hospitable! The house is amazing both the cleaning and the details in the decor! Cutlery and other new and clean kitchen utensils too! The rooms are comfortable and the pool is amazing! The structure of the house passes a safe air! Everything new and very clean! We intend to return to Olympia and stay in the same house!

It was all wonderful. The place is close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars, bakery, cheese bread, grocery) and it is not noisy because it is in a small street near the main street. The condominium garden is very beautiful and well taken care of. I felt safe because I had 24/7 concierge. The hosts were super helpful in everything I needed and indicated a very good transfer contact and for tours. It was super worth it.

The place was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe, and comfortable to get in and out with the car at any time. Hot air conditioned pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition the beach in front also very nice especially for surfing. All very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, come back again without a doubt.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach. The place has everything to leave the guest at will, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.
