Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Everything was great, the house was spotless, the beautiful complex. Just not very spacious the restaurant with narrow schedules but because there was little sale and they were closing early, I recommend taking to eat and cook in the house.

Very good, organized, clean, small, but we went in 6 people and left nothing to be desired. Beautiful condominium, nice, clean. Single negative point: night lighting of the condominium (dark), should be well lit (street post type)...

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

I highly recommend it and will be back soon for sure. Great location,everything perfect in the best details.. I loved the well organized and clean apartment and close to the beach, we spent wonderful days. We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Organized place, easy access,near some sights, being possible to do it on foot. We loved the stay and the promptness of Mr. Sidney that made us very comfortable!!

The experience of hosting in Felipe and Tais' 's apartment was wonderful. Excellent location, clean,spacious and functional apartment. Hosts are thoughtful and polite. It is worth mentioning the security and how the condominium is well taken care of. I definitely recommend hosting and hope to be back soon!

The apartment is very nice, cool, nice, clean and equipped. The host was excellent, provided all the support and guidance, even after checkout. The only problem we had during the stay was with the entrance on the street of the condominium, as it is a narrow street and no exit, so, at peak time, the entry and exit of the vehicle is a bit complicated.

The hostess was super attentive, helped us with a lot of information about the beaches and surroundings. The house was clean, smelling and comfortable, the pools of the condominium are great, has air-conditioned for children, the adult one has a good depth even for taller people. It's all very good, even better than your photos.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

Super recommend!! Very safe and easy location right in front of the beach of Toninhas, just across the street. mr. Beto is an amazing person!!! super polite and attentive, the porters are also a thousand, super educated always ready to assist when necessary. Clean and cozy AP with amazing scenery. The place is easy access to other local beaches. It was worth all the time we spent on the road. God bless you greatly! we will surely be back.

It was all great in the stay, it is only a bedroom with a double bed but it has extra mattress, the environment was very clean, just mind the sandwich maker was dirty but it was not a problem we cleaned up quickly and we used it normally, the air-conditioning grinds the whole flat which is wonderful since if someone goes to sleep in the room it will not be hot, the place is close to several restaurants and markets so it was very good for us, in the building itself there is a cafeteria that serves almost everything is the food is delicious, the flat is super pleasant and you really feel at home, for sure it will be a place that I will come back more my family 👏🏻☺️

The Apto do Marcelo is very comfortable and the photos perfectly describe the place. The condominium is extremely organized and has 2 pools, one being heated, it is a very pleasant space. The beach, although a little distant, is compensated for having chairs and umbrellas already assembled by the condominium. It was a perfect stay and I hope to return !

My first time in Rio and it was enough for me to fall in love with the city, we hear so much bad stuff, but I managed to see a Rio as wonderful as the music! I believe everything has a good side and a bad side, big cities have problems but that doesn't define them. Rio de Janeiro is a place that makes you fall in love, I have never felt this way in a city, I hope to come back soon to see other places because 4 days was very little rs About the stay in this apt, it was 10 out of 10, Luis is very good people and Edson (trustee) is a wonderful guy, helps in everything, super patient, good chat and made us comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the condominium pool but that didn't hurt our experience at all. You will find a clean, cozy apt, with everything you need to eat and a very quiet neighborhood, so we were driving so it wasn't bad things to be a few minutes away in the neighborhood. Thanks a lot!
