Condômino super well located! Comfortable and well-structured house! Dust cleaning in the house failed only! My father-in-law and I have an allergy and it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great house! Everything perfect! We take our BIG PET SIZE and they love the house/grass!

The little house is very cozy and pretty, all very clean and organized...area with total privacy, very attentive host with the details. Bed and bath linens and bathroom utensils, complete kitchen and with a great barbecue . In the living room an extremely comfortable couch... In the rooms the beds are also very comfortable...when you open the door to the balcony a beautiful view.... the house full of windows with lots of natural light...but blackout curtain windows..to sleep until later... the showers 10, noting that there are two. Only the decoration of the room that did not match much, with several books and magazines on the bookshelf...and for the room to get a note 10 missed a TV, to watch a movie on the couch after the tours...the tv only has one in the bedroom. The Huge Bedroom is huge. the steps to the bedroom is snail, but just go down carefully. The access is by a dirt road...without any difficulty. the house is close to Trindade's best place in Paraty. Casinha Top....we recommend..

The environment as a whole exceeded our expectation. Live City is much cooler than the photos. We found the super clean house. A Marlene totally attentive. Very well located house, prepared to serve from barbecues on the edge of the pool to stargazing at night and dawn. It is close to the main commerce of the municipality and totally safe. Surely it is a stay option for when we return to Brotas.

Marina was wonderful in communication, helped us with last-minute unforeseen, super attentive, both her and her sister. The house was impeccable in clean and organized. Pool prepared for us to receive. It was wonderful, very quiet and close to everything. We will definitely be back ♥️

Simple environment but it was all we needed, close to the beach, our dog loved the place because there is grass, Mr Assis is very polite and gave us tips of good things to do in the city! We will definitely return.

It was incredible, we went in 9 people, all were very well accommodated. Clean, smelling house, the on-site arrival experience was amazing. Clean pool, clean and tidy beds, a kitchen and a clean room. Cozy place. It has a grocery store 100mts from the house. All the messages I sent to Bruno were quickly answered, always very receptive and polite. What we need always proactive in helping us. It was really an amazing experience. We have fun, play in the pool, on the basketball court..I highly indicate the stay and the host Bruno..simply sensational.

We spent 04 days in the accommodation, without a doubt one of the best I have ever stayed in. Extremely beautiful, cosy and with a lot of contact with nature. The high point is the warm pool at the end of the afternoon and the bonnet. All very nice, clean and nice. Joice e Rogério are very helpful and kind. Amei! Go without fear!

All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

We had a great time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, grilladas, spacious and very comfortable. Near downtown Arraial and very safe for being a gated condominium. Heloise was very attentive both in the preparations for the trip, upon our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and will surely return another year.

It's been a wonderful weekend. A quiet, clean, comfortable place, lots of nature and great to relax. We love the kitchen, very well-equipped, fans in every room. We were made to feel very welcome by the housekeeper, who was at the disposal.

Camila's place is wonderful ! Super spacious, full of green area. Ideal for those who want to escape the big urban centers and relax ! The house is complete, super clean and organized ! The stay was incredible! Everything that was in the ad was real, like, all clean, organized and safe. Thalita is super good people, the place is perfect, close to everything, and the house is a cuteness, mega comfortable. We loved everything, you even wanted to live there. Super cozy! You can walk to the center, like, 10 minutes. There is everything close: market, bakery, pharmacy, Casas Bahia, Americanas... everything we need! The house has all the necessary utensils, including airflyer. The Hosts are super attentive too, even left us some delicious rosquinahs, very kind of that.! Worth too much! You helped make our trip amazing! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Congratulations

Gaia's space is beautiful and like in the pictures. In the middle of the green, with sound of birds. Relatively close to town, with clear instructions on how to get via Maps (don't follow Waze). Very comfortable linen and bath linens. We had difficulty checking in because we didn't see a message sent the day, but it ended up working. Always respectful communication. Recommend!

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.

Amazing Ruby Chalet experience! We highly recommend ! Our stay at Ruby Chalet was perfect in every detail! The hosts were excellent and communication, impeccable – always helpful and thoughtful. The chalet is exactly as in the pictures and description, very cozy and well taken care of. The bedding and towels were clean and smelling, and the whirlpool was a highlight – it worked super well, with a beautiful view of nature. One of the most special moments was meditating in the morning in the middle of this quiet scenery. Also, we love to meet the animals of Capril – a charming experience! The hosts still gave us valuable tips from restaurants and markets near downtown, which made our trip a lot easier. I and my boyfriend love every moment and will definitely be back! Thanks for all the hospitality and care. 💛

I loved the space, in front of the beach the apartment was super smelling when I arrived. The check in was easy to carry out those responsible for the building many polite and helpful. A beautiful view, waking up and sleeping in the waves noise is wonderful. The building's pool is also a beautiful space. I'll come back more often

We love our stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious and has everything we need to feel right at home. Best of all is that we were able to take our dogs, who also took a great advantage of the large, safe and well-maintained yard. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, Georgina and Givaldo were super attentive receiving us with a wonderful cake and a warm coffee! Are very quick in the answers. The location is great, close to several cool places to eat and stroll, but the house is in a very quiet street. It was a light ride, no worries. I highly recommend it to those who travel with pets or want a cozy place to relax and have fun! Summing up our journey from start to finish was perfect! Thank you very much for all kindness and generosity!

The stay was very quiet. The house is exactly the same as in the pictures and Frederico was very helpful to get another mattress for my baby to sleep. The location is great, quiet and easy to reach restaurants and tourist attractions in the city. Frederico and his mother were very helpful and helped to get away in the madness that was the holiday. No doubt at a next opportunity I would host again.
