On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. With few neighbors in any direction, you can either sleep with the windows open and wake early to roosters crowing, or close the windows and sleep til Noon!

Desert Wild is a two bedroom, two bathroom oasis with a pool and hot tub located in the safe residential neighborhood of South Joshua Tree. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.

PRIVATE cabin on 5 acres surrounded by the wide-open desert sights and sounds. Star shows from the hot tub, morning coffee & sunrises on the sunrise patio. The sunset patio is fenced for hot tub privacy (birthday suit level) and your dog. The cabin is set in a very sought-after location. It is close but far enough away for peace, privacy, and dark, starry nights. The village is only 8-10 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park's west gate entrance is only 15 minutes from the cabin.

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond.
