Private suite holiday rentals in Southern California

My SIL and I visited LA for my son's birthday. He suggested we stay in Santa Monica because we wanted to be able to walk to the beach, coffee, shopping, restaurants, etc but also near him at UCLA. Darlene's place was perfect!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs, easy to get to places from. Suite has everything you need and host is very responsive.

These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

I love staying at Katy’s place. I’ve stayed here at least three times it’s my go to when visiting my daughter. LaCrescenta is nestled up in the foothills of the Los Angeles Crest forest. It always has clean air, and beautiful magic-hour sunlight. This is a cozy one bedroom with a futon in a separate room , private entrance, private outdoor seating area. And I’m eternally grateful that I can bring gas over to just hang out and be together. It’s definitely a home away from home.

I would definitely choose Steve and Kathy's studio if you want to visit LA, Pasadena, Glendale, or anywhere near San Gabriel Valley - and sample living in a well-appointed home in Eagle Rock. It's a perfect location with a beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, and great local restaurants. The studio looks just like the photos with amenities that anticipate every traveler's need (and a nearby Target should you need anything else!). Steve and Kathy are also very responsive and gracious hosts - thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Veronica's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was exactly as described, if not even better—spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like coffee supplies and snacks, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from things to do, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I loved the little outdoor space, which was so peaceful and the kids had a great time playing Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything I needed. They were always available for any questions, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled weekend.

This was a great location and it was very clean. The lights coming off the street were very bright so definitely bring a sleep mask as the room was not able to get very dark at night for sleeping. Parking was very easy and downtown Paso was walkable.

this was a fantastic place to stay for the price. Rachel was a very attentive host and the rental had everything I needed. the only issue is that the neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep being right outside the window. this is unfortunately not something that can be controlled, but it would have been nice to know, so I could have been more prepared.

My family and I have stayed at Nicole’s listing numerous times. We have enjoyed each and every stay. She’s an extremely responsive host. If you need a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is it!

The stay at Kim’s was perfect for our family!! She was amazing at communicating! She has everything you need and the location was great!!! I thought the backyard in the pictures was included to let my granddaughter run but we just had access to pool table and side breezeway. Still the view was AMAZING even on a cloudy day!!!

This is a great place to stay! Easy to locate, very clean, comfortable bed. It was everything I needed to feel at home for a week. No complaints, I enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at this cozy studio suite! First off, the location is perfect. We were able to bring our dog as it is pet-friendly and took her on morning walks around the beautiful neighborhood. She loved sniffing all of the flowers and plants. They also have an outdoor shower which was so convenient after our trips to the beach for us & our dog! The studio was nice, clean & cute. It was perfect for us. The owner was also very responsive & answered any questions within a few minutes! He also had a very detailed printed packet of all of the instructions on the kitchen table. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!

We had a lovely stay at Jerry and Melissa’s place. They were both such nice people. I’m in town visiting my grandma with cancer and dementia. Melissa put her on the prayer list at her church, it was the kindest thing a host has ever done for me. Jerry gladly helped my bf with a screwdriver he needed for work monitors. As for the place: theres parking spots for the guest and another one for your guests. The garden and quails outside are so beautiful. There’s a constant smell of citrus blossoms in the air. Sunsets were beautiful to watch. Inside the place there’s everything you’d need. The bed is comfy. I appreciate the shower being extendable. There’s also a desk for remote workers like myself. Washer and dryer are inside. They were perfect for a long term stay like we did. I have nothing but good things to say about the flag house and the hosts. I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you again.

I have stayed at Paradise on Pico many times, and it always feels like coming home. (My phone immediately connects to the wi-fi, without even logging in.) (It's everything you want in an Airbnb. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The indoor space is very comfortable. You control your own temperature, and it has one of the world's great showers. For me, though, it's the backyard that makes it extra special, with a wonderful pool, a Jacuzzi, many seating options, and a patio that's under cover if you need to get out of the sun for a while. And it's all for the guest. I so enjoy my time around the pool there are some trips I don't see much of Palm Springs. The minute I leave I start looking forward to the next trip.l

A great location 10 minute drive down hill to shops and beaches. Very quiet area. Not too far from all city facilities also. Very well equipped, nothing else we needed. Spacious.

Jodi's place was my last two night stay over of a 12 day road trip. I stayed at a total of 9 airbnbs and hers was the best! I literally did not leave her peaceful yard. I did yoga, napped, took a bath and just rested and recharged before heading home. Jodi made me feel very comfortable while we chatted. I already hope to return in July to actual DO L.A. lol, sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies. 🙏✌️♥️✨️

I felt fortunate to find this place after needing last minute accommodations before moving back into our home. It was near our school, neighborhood and businesses we frequent. Luan was very responsive when I reached out and continued to check in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were full size, which looked smaller in the photos. And the fridge and freezer easily fit the food we had to transport back to our home. As a family of four, we split up between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There were ample towels, sheets and pillows for all of us.

The Airbnb was super clean and in a great location. Tim was a great host and sent detailed instructions on how to enter the Airbnb in advance and was very responsive and friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay.
