5 storey luxury 175m2 16th Century townhouse in the heart of medieval Saint Paul de Vence, stunningly renovated with a seamless blend of historic authenticity and luxurious Provençal modernity, and situated overlooking the ramparts giving breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The 3 generously proportioned air-conditioned suites (each 35m2) with en-suite bathrooms sleep 6 guests, and the house has a beautiful open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining room.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
