The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).
