Living room with sofa bed (160 x 200), armchair, table, well-equipped kitchen. Covered furnished terrace, dock terrace.

Located on the water at the entrance of the Parc de l 'Ile de Versailles, in the heart of the port of Erdre. Downtown is a 5mn walk. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
