Living room with sofa bed (160 x 200), armchair, table, well-equipped kitchen. Covered furnished terrace, dock terrace.

The Nemo barge is a haven of peace, comfortable, contemporary, an original accommodation in the heart of the city of Nantes. Located on the water at the entrance of the Parc de l 'Ile de Versailles, in the heart of the port of Erdre. Downtown is a 5mn walk. Tram stop 50 m away, direct link to city centre in two stops Bicloo, bike rental station, opposite the barge on the same quay, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, exhibition galleries within a radius of 150 m.

Experience the unusual side of Nantes aboard this spacious Dutch star moored at the pontoon, on the Erdre. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of the South Station (100 m). Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can enjoy all the space of "La Jolyest", from the stern to the bow! The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

Located in Jarnac, just 15 minutes from Cognac, Belle de Charente is a comfortable barge moored in a privileged setting to discover the riches of the Charente. On board, you will find the essentials for a pleasant stay, local shops and local heritage gems are easily accessible on foot. If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
