Houseboat holiday rentals in Southern France

Unusual accommodation exactly what we were looking for for our Christmas vacation. There would certainly be another way to moor the boat because the squeaking of the rope on the hull somewhat disrupts sleep. An excellent position facing the Château de Saumur and a well-equipped boat to have a pleasant stay on the Loire.

Our little getaway on the Erdre went wonderfully well, we felt like we were in a cocoon lulled by the light rhythm of the water. Beautiful and quiet location, ideal for relaxing after urban exploration. The “neighbors”, cormorants, malls and water chickens offered us their most beautiful aquatic prowess and were very welcoming.

Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful setting. Breakfast, bicycles available and bathing were perfect. Friendly and discreet host. I recommend:)

Very good time spent with the children in Bordeaux and in this atypical and comfortable accommodation: quality bedding, cleanliness of the place ... The boat was located close to transport and the city center 👍

Perfect for shutting down!! The "cabins" are all individually in the forest as a tree house or swimming on the water. The place is simple but in high quality construction. In our cabin on the lake we had a Scandinavian SPA (warm water, perfect for colder seasons) overlooking the lake - fantastic! Breakfast is brought to the cabin in a basket in the morning and serves its purpose perfectly. For showering, you go to the main building, where large modern shower cabins are waiting. We were able to complete our trip with a walk around the lake and a small boat trip (good possibility for a picnic on the water). The staff is super suited and extremely helpful!

We were won over by this beautiful unusual accommodation, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The place is very peaceful, perfect for a refreshing weekend. Urs is a welcoming and adorable host. Special mention for the little Nordic bath at sunset, with a small cup of Creation. Thanks again Urs. We recommend!

we had a great weekend lots of things to do at the very large market in Vienna on Saturday mornings a lot of cellars to visit very 😂 good restaurants we will come back The owner is adorable gave us breakfast

A fantastic and magical place, highly recommended, beautiful pond, breakfast bar and restaurant. There is the possibility of various activities and the spa with massages we could not do it that we did not have the costume, but we count for next time!

We felt super comfortable on Marie-Laure's houseboat. It was really special for us. The boat is kept simple but really clean and well-equipped. You have everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the sun deck: you have a lot of peace and a great view there. The area is also really fantastic: you can borrow a kayak or the like right next door and drive through the canal to the nearby lake. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars are also right around the corner. The host, Marie-Laurie, was super friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure meeting you in meeting her. All in all, really highly recommended!!

The place is superlative full of light, it's really fascinating! One-of-a-kind…. Unfortunately, I had to leave and I couldn't fully enjoy it because I discovered I had to suffer from sea pain and had to leave. The only advice I would give is to make some improvements and treatments Really good experience to do in life

it's a beautiful place. Ecologically implemented and thoughtful. we were traveling by train and on foot,bus or train everything is easily accessible. unfortunately we had 4 days of rain,but still it was very cozy in the botel with the heating and the beautiful,meditative view from the spacious window. wonderful to relax. once the electricity got off ,but Gaetano was quickly available and fixed the damage. the concept of the Botel is ecologically and sustainable,which we appreciated very much! it has a kitchen corner with frigo and everything is clean. we are looking forward to next year and definitely recommend it! mille grazie per tutto Barbara e Helena

We’ve had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the water - don’t expect a luxury place, it’s very simple but nothing is missing. Good thing, you can stay there with your dog 🐕 beautiful views and place in the nature - thank you Amandine and Adrien.

Staying in the houseboat of Florence was a unique experience. The view at the water is magical, the spaces are arranged with great taste and are very convenient. Florence and Gil welcomed us as if we were longtime friends. A very nice experience that I warmly recommend.

We had a pleasant weekend in the Houseboat. It's truly an unusual place, where we are lulled by the little waves, and the boat owners are respectful. Alexandre was super responsive every time we had contact with each other. Please note that it is necessary to respect the guidelines that Alexandre provided in videos. If you hear the noise from the pump, that's normal, you just have to pull some water (or flush). We recommend this place 100%. Thanks again. I'll see you.
