Living room with sofa bed (160 x 200), armchair, table, well-equipped kitchen. Covered furnished terrace, dock terrace.

The Nemo barge is a haven of peace, comfortable, contemporary, an original accommodation in the heart of the city of Nantes. Located on the water at the entrance of the Parc de l 'Ile de Versailles, in the heart of the port of Erdre. Downtown is a 5mn walk. Tram stop 50 m away, direct link to city centre in two stops Bicloo, bike rental station, opposite the barge on the same quay, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, exhibition galleries within a radius of 150 m.

The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
