Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our place is not new but we ensure the comfort and quality of hospitality. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a second entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets etc.). The management is family-run.

You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

A bedroom with a double bed (hotel quality) and an en-suite bathroom + a fully equipped open kitchen and overlooking a living room with 2 single sofa beds. Fully equipped, pool shared with the owners We'll be happy to share the good spots in the area if guests are up for it.

Located in one of the most fascinating strategic points that dominate the town, the terrace on which the room overlooks is equipped with a table and chairs, in order to fully enjoy the panorama. Walking distance to boutiques, restaurants and the marina. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the room. Possibility of private parking.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.
