Beautiful modern & spacious 4 bedroom country home

Enjoy Gower with the whole family and/or friends at this newly refurbished stylish country house - nearly everything is brand new. It sleeps 8 adults with an extra day bed that can accommodate an extra 2 guests for an additional supplement, which is ideal for families with children. There are several reception rooms and a large garden. The cottage is ideally positioned to explore Gower and it's lovely beaches, walks and bike rides. There is also a children’s park and a lovely pub in the village.

Situated within walking distance of beaches, cliff walks and the village of Mumbles. Enclosed south-west facing back garden with patio. Parking on the road in a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds for children. Upstairs shower room. WiFi. Cosy lounge with Smart TV with Freeview. Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Cosy 2 bed house in a great location. The house is close to all amenities including the city centre, Swansea university, the Gower, Mumbles, Singleton hospital, the parks and more. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap. Can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. Not 4 adults sorry. This cabin is right on the Gower coastal path so you can be as active or as laid back as you like. Watch the sunset and sunrise, loose yourself under the night stars as you star gaze until your hearts content. Award winning beaches just five mins drive away or if you like to walk let your feet take you there. Fantastic local pubs and restaurants.
