Discover Southport from our lovely apartment. This stylish ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Located close to the northern quarter of Lord Street where you can find an abundance of world class restaurants and newly refurbished bars. Lord street just 150m and Promanade just 50m stroll making this a fantastic location to enjoy what Southport has to offer. As a ground floor self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave air frier washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart television and internet access. There is also a cosy small enclosed courtyard where guests can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a extra comfy kindsize bed. There is one modern newly installed bathroom with large walk in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking available - one well behaved dog is allowed. Sorry no cats

A few minutes walk from the docks, L1 shopping and right on the edge of the vibrant Ropewalks, with its buzzing culture, bars & restaurants. Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline
The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Bedroom with en suite ( double bed) leading to sun room with TV & fridge/ freezer Rail ( 5 min walk) & Bus ( 30 seconds walk) connections . Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

With lots of golf courses to choose from all within 5-20 minutes drive.

There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.
