We are situated in the peaceful village with shops & restaurants, a short walk to Meols Hall wedding venue. We are only 2 miles from Southport Town Centre and at least 4 famous golf courses. The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount.

Birkdale village, Ainsdale & Southport 2, 3 mins & 8 mins by train respectively. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. There is a fully fitted kitchen diner with all built in appliances and a lounge with 55" wall mounted television and downstairs toilet and wash baison. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with french doors one with king size bed the other with a double both have wall mounted 40" televisions. The shower with toilet and wash baison is situated between both bedrooms.

Only 6 minute walk to Birkdale village where there is lots of bars, restaurants and shops, or if you like commuting you can jump on the train to Southport which is only one stop away, Ainsdale and Formby if you want a lovely beach day or liverpool central is a 35 minute train ride. With lots of golf courses to choose from all within 5-20 minutes drive.

There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.
