Experience living tiny in this lovingly built small scale space that includes everything you need for a cozy getaway. Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

For anything else, take the ten minute stroll into the village, where you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

This apartment is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. It is located right across the street from the Island Explorer bus stop. This bright and very comfortable studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. Park your car and walk to all the downtown businesses and restaurants or hop a ride on the free Island Explorer bus to explore the rest of Mt. Desert Island. This studio apartment has a small kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and counter top induction burners for cooking. It has a king size bed, private bathroom & private parking for 1 vehicle.
