The Lower Deck is the lower 2-bedroom flat of our duplex called Manitou, at Seaside Beach Resort. ​It has a queen bed in one bedroom, and a double bed and single bed in the second bedroom, and a comfy living room with a sofa bed. It has a well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave - great spot for a larger group who likes to cook a few meals together. There is a large ground-floor deck, which looks across the lawn to the ocean. There is a set of stairs down to the unit.

Secretariat is our one-bedroom apartment end-unit in the Stables building (they used to be, you guessed it, stables with horses). This apartment has a queen bed and full-sized kitchen appliances, very comfortable for a couple who want to cook some meals in during their stay. There is a living area with a sofa bed, a compact dining table, and shower bathroom. There's an outdoor sitting area on the grass with lawn chairs and a small table, with a lovely view of the ocean.

Oceanfront 3-bedroom cottage

Our oceanfront cottage 'Tides' is a 2-story house, at Seaside Beach Resort. It has queen beds in two bedrooms, a double bed and single bed in a third bedroom. There is a open living space and kitchen with full-sized appliances, microwave and dishwasher - perfect for groups who want to cook meals together. Enjoy the spacious deck and a views across the lawn to the Bay of Fundy. On the grounds of Seaside Beach Resort, there are BBQs, a fire table and stairs to the beach.

The homestead guest house

Welcome to our 200 year old, country, homestead. Your newly renovated guest house overlooking fields and forest will be sure to infuse some relaxation into your stay. Deer grazing, resident chickens and gardens are yours to explore. Just 10 minutes from Oromocto/Base Gagetown and 15 minutes from the airport. Two minutes away, the river beckons with a convenient boat launch, perfect for water adventures and nearby NB trails are a wonderful way to get your forest time.

Cozy private cottage with deck

Named in honour of the annual meteor shower, Perseids is a compact bachelor-style cabin with a queen bed, a perfect retreat space. It has a kitchenette with a four-burner stovetop, microwave and bar-sized fridge, and dining table for those who like to eat a few meals in. This cottage is set back a bit on the property. Enjoy the privacy and a spacious deck, which provides the perfect spot to relax and read a book, or saunter to the oceanfront deck for sea views.

Woodhaven - Seaside Guest House

Dog-friendly Woodhaven is on the shore of Oak Bay between the St. Andrews and St. Stephen. The 1600 square foot Guest House has an open concept kitchen-dining-living room with gas fireplace; deck with hot tub, barbecue, dining table facing the water; two bedrooms with a king bed in one, and twin beds in the other; three-piece bathroom also has a washer-dryer; fenced yard for pets; canoe and kayak available; keyless entry; wheel-chair accessible.

Top floor 2-bedroom apartment, deck and oceanviews

The Upper Deck apartment is the top flat of our duplex we call the Manitou. The Upper Deck has a queen bed in one bedroom, queen bed and single bed in a 2nd bedroom, and a spacious living room. It has a well equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave; there is a set of stairs up to the unit and an outside deck. The apartment has a large bay window with amazing ocean views across the front lawn. This unit is open year-round.

Second-story historic apartment with ocean view

Port is a one-and-a-half bedroom apartment in the second story of the historic Beach Cottage. This apartment has a queen in the main bedroom and a twin bed in a second small bedroom (this is the 0.5 bedroom). Though quirky, it works well for a group of two or three people. There is a lovely large bay window and private balcony facing east providing expansive views, and full-sized kitchen appliances if you want to cook meal together.

Ground floor apartment, 2 beds with deck

We call this apartment Bricklin, celebrating the New Brunswick famous sportscar. Bricklin is a one-bedroom apartment in our historic Denley House, at Seaside Beach Resort. This historic space has a queen and single in the bedroom, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, walk-in shower and a large deck which it shares with the unit next door. Guests also have access to the firepit, oceanfront boardwalk, and direct access to the beach.

The Hopewell is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground level, at Seaside Beach Resort. It has a queen bed in one bedroom, and a double bed and single bed in a 2nd bedroom. There is a open kitchen area with full-sized appliances and a microwave, and a sofa bed. This unit shares a large deck with the adjacent unit. Guests have access to the oceanfront boardwalk, BBQs, and stairs to the beach. This apartment is pet friendly.

Harbourview two-bedroom with deck

Harbourview is an oceanfront two-bedroom apartment in our Beach Cottage. It has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large bay window and roomy private deck, with full-sized kitchen appliances and microwave. This unit is up half a dozen steps to the deck, with amazing expansive views of the ocean. This unit is something special, there's a reason why it books up so quickly.
