We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

We only stayed 1 night, too bad! We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect, from cleanliness to hospitality, not to mention all the basic necessities he made us find from fresh water to coffee, sugar, oil of everything and more. Really great place, the view is amazing. Stayed for ten days in April, no need for a beach cause of the wheater, but the place was amazing. Gabriella was a very friendly and helpful host, the apartment is furnished very tastefully, definitively would come again. A car is recommended ...

Alessia's place was perfect, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very well placed to visit the Costa degli dei (which is definitely worth a visit!). Alessia is a lovely host and very available. We followed his recommendations and were not disappointed!

Beautiful place to rest and replenish strength. Hosts who have made us feel like home. The breakfast is spectacular and it's worth trying all the homemade pastries and jams. Rich coffees and freshly picked oranges from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

Comfortable apartment, the only flaw is that it has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. DEFINITELY TO BE RETURNED TO.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Have spent three quiet days with the best views of the sea. The terrace and the huge garden are an absolute dream. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. It is a few minutes by car to the beach and there is also a lot to discover in the mountain villages and along the coast. Jasmine and Klaus are the perfect hosts, have lots of tips for the area and are responsive at any time. Absolutely recommend!

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
