Our cosy apartment occupies an old factory, expertly renovated, which once housed the drying of chestnuts. This place has witnessed three generations of producers. La Casella offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for a relaxing stay. 2 km from the town centre.

The house is 2 km from the town center where all the essential services are available, 12 km away is the shopping center "Dos Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are just 20 km away. The place is suitable for families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.
