This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

A pleasant house in an outbuilding of our main residence. Less than 10 minutes from Bourges, the accommodation consists of a large living room (with a wood-burning stove) and 2 bedrooms with a shower room, recently renovated. Sheets and towels are provided. There is no television. Access to the courtyard is only allowed to enter the accommodation (unsecured water pond and well). Please feel free to write to us to arrange times or dates!
