Monthly Rentals in Spaanse Water

We absolutely loved our week at Donna's condo. The view of Spanish Harbor was gorgeous, and having the pool directly in front of the condo was great for our 7yr old. We were able to watch him swim from the patio while enjoying the view of the sea. Donna is exceptionally communicative, which made the stay even better. She was even nice enough to bring fishing supplies for our son! He caught 2 snappers and a grunt from the docks on the property. They were delicious! Donna tells us that she plans to continue renovating the unit as time allows (the kitchen has already been done and it suited our cooking needs perfectly), which should make for an even more comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

WOULD NOT DISAPPOINT! Beautiful home with lots of space to roam freely. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a studio with its own fridge and stove. Has a private entrance after coming down the stairs behind the kitchen before getting to the pier. Perfect for a separate family or a couple that loves privacy. We’ve all gathered together every night and the private beach is perfect! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Clark’s apartment. Clean simple unit - really like the expansive front window and door with a nice private view. Spent a lot of time at the comfortable patio table/chairs…(a few mosquitos at dusk). Lovely large shared pool - must be a challenge to keep it clean as it is up against the sand. Electricity ran about $20us/day for other folks’ reference. All in all a great value and that’s why it is so popular! As mentioned in precious reviews - Marco is a delight!

Michel and Henriette have created a little garden of heaven. We will go there again 100%. Next time, for a longer stay!!
