Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Beachfront property in Lyngdal

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Hytta er godt isolert,utstyrt med en vedovn,lite kjøkken med alt en trenger,innendørs toalett og hele 3 soverom samt en hems med plass til 3 personer. 60m unna står Harkmarks utsiktstårn

Koselig Sørlandshus i første rekke ved sandstrand på Sørlandet. Sydvendt terrasse med utsikt mot sjøen. Sol dagen lang. Innegjerdet hage. Lekeplass rett utenfor hageporten. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

New apartment right by the lake

Enjoy one or more nights in this new apartment. Large living room and kitchen overlooking the bay and fjord. Good size of nice tiled bathroom. All on one floor. Large windows that provide a lot of light only a few meters from the sea. Peaceful and close to nature. Towels and bed linen is included. Only 6 km from Sørlandsbadet. Possibility to rent a boat.

The raft

Cozy place at the innermost part of Flekkefjorden. Clean well-made bed. Drinking water/shower, refrigerator simple standard. Towels and consumables such as electricity, soap, toilet paper, firewood and charcoal are included. Do not park at the neighbor's but use the meeting area nearby. Welcome.

Staff building at Skarstad

Stabburet is a timber building from 1816, and is located on a farm with old buildings in Vest-Agder. It is 4 km to the store, approx. 50 km to Kristiansand/ferry to Denmark and 35 km to Mandal. Approximately 10 km to Marnardal station, the train can be seen from the place.
