The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Possibility to rent a boat (15 feet) with 25 hp (the renter pays for petrol + 2% oil, see other information) and a canoe by arrangement. The house is furnished with modern kitchen and has throughout good standards. Small, warm garden with large terrace and nice view to the sea.

Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.
