Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

"May all who enter as guests, leave as friends " Historic beachfront villa IN A PRIVATE PARK WITH PANORAMIC TERRACE. The Villa has a double bedroom, a lovely room with a second double bed accessible by a small staircase, a bathroom and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a large and magnificent terrace overlooking the sea with a large porch and tastefully furnished. The house has a private parking lot and is located inside a large villa with a park that goes all the way to the sea.

The garden measures 7,000 sqm; it is located on a hill in a very quiet and reserved area just 10 minutes from the sea. The villa extends over two floors. 5 double bedrooms and a study with a double sofa bed €350.00 cleaning fee for check-out to be paid in cash upon arrival. During Fall and Winter, heating costs will be extra. Check-in/Check-out Saturday.
