Close to all amenities and 40 minutes from the beaches of Cannes and Mandelieu. 5 minutes from Cabris, a beautiful little Provençal village where you will find a very good restaurant. 18th century village house in peaceful cul de sac with magnificent view. The house is located on the south cliff facing side of the village which gives it an eagles' nest view on the whole region. It is situated in the center of the village with 5 min walk to the local shops and restaurants. The nearest grocery store is a 15 min drive. The place is ideal for those looking to live the authentic provencal village dream, away from the crowds. Good for 1 or 2 couples getaway or a small family.

A tranquil pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, inviting relaxation under colorful umbrellas. Olive trees provide shade nearby, enhancing the scenic view of the rolling hills and distant mountains. The clear blue water of the heated pool reflects the serene atmosphere.
