Rural holiday house few minutes from the beach

3 bedroom house set in a green area overlooking the little town of Teulada, 10 minutes driving (6 km) from the most beautiful beaches and coves of south Sardinia. The house is surrounded by 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation, it has a spacious internal court with a table to dine and have breakfast outside, sofas, hamacs and a BBQ. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
