Located in Giunco, it is close to the village and on the road that leads to all the most beautiful beaches on the island of San Pietro, which are on the south-east coast and can be reached on foot or by public transport. It has a car park that can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 cars and a garden with typical Mediterranean scrub plants.

The flat is in the heart of the historic centre, in a detached period house, in the typical style and colours of Carloforte, in a pedestrian alley a few steps from the seafront and the main square. Ideal for 4 people, with one bathroom per floor. It is spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a large and bright double bedroom, connected to a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area overlooking a small terrace and 1 bathroom. The house is nestled in an enchanting terrain, one of the most beautiful spots on the island, behind Lucaise beach, which is accessed on foot by a private path. It is equipped with all amenities and in perfect condition. You live mainly outdoors where there are terraces on several levels with a table and stone barbecue and outdoor shower. Below are 2 main bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has independent access to the terrace. Above are the living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a loft with 2 beds.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
