A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Urlaub in dem ältesten und schönsten Haus auf Spiekeroog! Ein kleines aber feines Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt. Über eine Treppe geht es ins obere Stockwerk, in dem ein großes Bett tiefen Schlaf garantiert.

The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
