It’s located in the nearby of beautiful Žnjan beach (15 minute walk), two biggest shopping malls in Split and frequent bus station which can take you to the city center in 10 min. Free public parking lot is near. Best part of the apartment is a balcony with an amazing view over the city and blue sea. You can enjoy in breathtaking sunsets, just admiring the view or enjoying a mini gym at the balcony.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

This lovely located apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 or 3 people. It is located next to the hotel Radisson Blu, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located 50 m down the street and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes, pub and supermarkets. The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.
