Welcome to the Perry District, a centrally located neighborhood with a brewery, restaurants and coffee, groceries, parks and just a few miles to downtown Spokane. Our property is great for large groups and sleeps 14! The open kitchen with huge island is fully stocked and we have both a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle. We have multiple living room areas as well as outdoor lounge space, a game room with arcades and toys, and a theater room! Guests of all ages will enjoy the amenities.

Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants . 12 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to downtown. This newly updated house has a 75in tv, high speed internet and fantastic views! you won't be disappointed! Recently added central AC! This is a split level duplex, this listing is for the upstairs. There is separate parking for each.
