This house is a cozy back guest home space attached with main front property but with no shared spaces! This property has its own private entrance and living areas. Perfect place for quick overnight pit stop or even an extended family/couples relaxing retreat!

We are located right off the hwy18 , in the dessert knolls area. We are a couple of blocks away from St. Mary’s Hospital and very close to a bus stop Also in close access to Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Subway, Little Caesars, Jack in the Box ,and El Pollo Loco, there’s also a Mexican restaurant and poki bar just walking distance away, Walmart and Super Target Costco are only a 3 miles drive on hwy18. My guest house is over 400 squares feet with private entrance. Neighbor is nice and quiet.

This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.

Master bedroom features a king-size bed, the guest room has a queen-size bed, and charming daybed in the third bedroom. For groups larger than six, a SLEEPER sofa is available. We even have wood for sale on the property, and everything you need to enjoy yourselves. Perfect for a traveling couple or single person who wants a peaceful getaway. The owners are on the property so if you have any problems they will be addressed asap. Very friendly and kind owners. Dogs and cats are OK!
