Sleep in a gypsy wagon near the Buisse Heide

Welcome to our cozy Pipo wagon, with veranda, garden, separate private shower/toilet and wide views over meadows. From the Pipo wagon you can hike and cycle over the Buisse Heide or walk to Achtmaal with a cozy village cafe. Zundert is a 20-minute bike ride away and you can be in Breda or Antwerp in no time by car. Fancy breakfast? No problem! (14.50 pp, please specify in advance) In the mood for 4 local specialty beers? Cozy studio in the outskirts of Hoeven

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. In addition to a king-size bed and a nice sitting area, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can enjoy your privacy, plus a small terrace at the front.

The Rozenboog

This unique accommodation is close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an atmospheric covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter).
