Welcome to our cozy gypsy wagon, with veranda, garden, separate private shower/toilet and wide views over meadows. From the pipo wagon, you can enjoy plenty of hiking and cycling over the Buisse Heide or walk to Achtmaal with a cozy village cafe. Zundert is 20 minutes away by bike, and Breda or Antwerp are just a short drive away. Feel like breakfast? You can! (14.50 pp, please specify in advance) Feel like 4 local specialty beers? You can! Nature house hidden in a beautiful forest

A cosy and comfortable cottage in the woods, where you can go back to basics and experience nature intensely. Here you can truly relax, without endless to-do lists. Connect with nature, the surroundings and with yourself! You experience the silence, a luxury in our hectic society. Inside, you sit cosily with beautiful clay walls, an old tiled floor and calm earth tones. You keep warm with a wood-burning stove. In the evening, you can read a book, listen quietly to your favourite music or look at the stars.

(Upper) apartment or meeting place

This (upstairs)apartment can be a meeting place for a small group of people. Coffee and tea are then included, but drinks in the fridge are subject to a charge (cans of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The apartment is at the top of the spiral staircase with a sliding door that can be locked with a button cylinder. It is a non-smoking apartment and it is not child-friendly. We also prefer not to have pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace, but no cannabis!

Cozy studio apartment in Schijf, ideal for 2 adults (+ sofa bed 2 extra people). Located near the Rucphens Heide – perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Play and Ice Farm, Indoor Skydive Roosendaal, Outletcenter Rosada, SnowWorld Rucphen, Efteling is a 35-minute drive away. Historical cities such as Breda and Roosendaal are nearby. Dordrecht and Antwerp are only a 35-minute drive away. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam are a little further away. Peace, nature, culture and adventure in one!

De Koekoek

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and wooded private getaway. You have your own private forest and can use the jacuzzi (for an additional fee) (€75 for unlimited use). Cycling or hiking routes, e.g. “De Pannenhoef” are around the corner. Bikes for rent (€10/day) and a private rental cart trip (€50) can also be booked! The center is 2.5 km. Book luxury breakfast? No problem! (€20 per person per night). The bed has been renewed in Nov ‘24 and is an Auping bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Welcome to the green oasis! You will stay in a loft part of a modern luxury villa. This loft is located in a beautiful spot in the outskirts of Etten-Leur. You experience absolute peace and can fully come to yourself. But once outside the gate it is only 15 minutes drive to Breda and Roosendaal, 25 minutes to Antwerp and 35 minutes to the Efteling. You can also enjoy nature reserves or enjoy the beautiful adjacent garden!

Unique historic patrol vessel

The ship is a former West German patrol customs ship built in 1956, now completely converted into a houseboat with a modern interior, suitable for a comfortable stay. The ship is located in the characteristic harbor of Oudenbosch, close to the city center. with shops, the famous basilica, museums, observatory and restaurants within walking distance.
