These are excellent apartments in the best area of Belgrade. Communication with the host was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Great accommodation, also for longer periods (I stayed 4 weeks), it has all amenities you can wish for, and at walking distance of everything you could need.

Great place, location is perfect, not too far from center, and in BW complex. As of April 2025, there are bride deconstruction work right under the windows, so it could be quite noisy, though with windows closed it’s bearable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

Perfekt immer gerne wieder!

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s place! The house is cozy, clean, and conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, which made my trip so much easier. One of the highlights of my visit was meeting her beautiful pregnant cat — she’s so sweet and affectionate, and made me feel right at home. Sandra was a kind and thoughtful host, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the Danube villa. The view of the Danube from the villa was breathtaking. The villa was wonderful and nicely maintained. The host was very friendly and helped us with local recommendations. The next door restaurant is a must visit - we had lunch one day and breakfast another day and had lovely food. This place is worth a stay.

Doskonale wyposażone studio - było tu wszystko, czego potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt: pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka i toster. W lodówce czekała na nas butelka niegazowanej wody. Dom jest pięknie urządzony i wygodny, a gospodarz przyjazny i zawsze gotów do pomocy. Spokojna okolica, przestronne podwórko. Idealna miejscówka dla rodzin z dziećmi, zwierzęta są mile widziane. W okolicy znajduje się parę naprawdę fajnych, rekomendowanych restauracji (ale dojechać trzeba do nich samochodem). Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

Super Unterkunft. Direkt im Zentrum, modern eingerichtet, neues Badezimmer und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Laura ist selber nicht vor Ort gewesen jedoch haben Ihre Eltern Sie einwandfrei vertreten. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan und sind absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt mit Laura ist einwandfrei. Kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Belgrad Besuch auch wieder die Wohnung buchen. Vielen Dank für die Beherbergung.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families. One of the highlights was the pool, conveniently located on the same floor – we used it every day! The location couldn’t be better; it’s within a walking distance to the city center, yet still in a peaceful area. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Wunderschöne Gegend, Kommunikation war einfach Tipp Top sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.... In der Küche gab es alles von Gewürzen bis zur Wein und Rakija... Badezimmer super sauber viele Handtücher sowie auch Bettwäsche. Nur zum empfehlen.

We stayed at Dragana's place for the Belgrade Marathon. It was the perfect location for exploring the city as well. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had beautiful furnishings. I would love to stay again. Dragana was very helpful, met us in person and showed us around. A great introduction to Serbia!

My family of four had a wonderful time in Belgrade. This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It was spacious enough to host my in-laws for a few days as well. The location is incredibly convenient, with grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, shopping, and the stunning river walk all nearby. Although it’s in a busy part of the city, the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. Situated between the charming old architecture and the modern Belgrade Waterfront development, we got to experience the best of both worlds. Miljan and Danilo were fantastic hosts—very responsive and quick to assist with anything we needed. Parking garage is only 3 min away. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Çok harika bir deneyimdi. Fiyat olarak diğer konaklamalardan yüksekti ama değdi. Konum çok iyi heryere yürüme mesafesi. Kolayca giriş yaptık. Çok temizdi ve herşey düşünülmüştü bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle tercih ederim. Teşekkürler!
