Check out this memorable home in the countryside. Just 3 miles from the town. Our house is so special with the birds chirping and farm life all around. Great place for those wanting right on the outside of town. Magnolia Homestead does not allow gatherings of more than 5 people without prior approval. Our cleaning fee takes into account for 5 people, not 7-10. **We love hosting visitors and do not allow persons renting our home to host any type of “after party”, such as for groomsmen/bride

Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond.
