Holiday rentals in St. Croix County

Julia’s Airbnb is one of those places where you walk in and go “Yes!” with delight. Her place was extremely clean, nicely furnished and offered luxe bed linens, towels and coffee machine to name a few things. She has a great attention to detail and makes her guests feel right at home. There was a lot of space to move around and just relax too. We visited during winter, but there were patio doors and an outside table that looked very enjoyable for warmer weather. The location in regard to downtown Stillwater was very close and took just minutes to drive. It would be a nice sightseeing walk as well in warmer temps. We visited Darn Knit Anyway to stock up on our knitting/fiber needs and were impressed with their selection of yarn, kits and notions, and the owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. We picked up a couple of scones and cookies to go at Mon Petit Cheri that were delicious! Dinner out at Nacho Mama’s and Brick & Bourbon were great options that we enjoyed too!

Stayed at here for a family wedding for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for a week. The place is even nicer than the photos show, spacious, clean and beautiful. Prestige surroundings with sweeping views of the St Croix. Our family enjoyed swimming off the dock, watching osprey and eagles, and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Stellar spot. Would absolutely come again!!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home with lots of space. The house looks nice in the photos, but it’s honestly even better in person! I am so glad we picked it for our stay. Mitch was very responsive & accommodating. If you’re going to Hudson, this is definitely the place to stay! I have only good things to say about our time here!

Melanie was the perfect host. What began as a short visit over a holiday weekend because of a family situation became a 3 week visit. She was amazing, kind and accommodating. My family and I could not have asked for a better location, community and of course, host. All that being said the place was warm, inviting and more than comfortable. I hope to return at some point.

Second time staying and will be back again! :). It’s a great spot to relax; close enough to everything you might need but you still feel like you’re getting away from all of the things you want to be away from. The weather during our visit was a bit too cold to let us explore the land the house sits on, so our friends that came with us didn’t get to experience that part of the stay — but even if you you have to stay inside and cozy up with friends/family/dogs, the house is 100% worth a visit.

Amy's mod house was exactly what Mama ordered for her escape. It's peaceful while still being close to shopping, food, coffee and trails. I was able to see a bald eagle in the evening from the eat-in kitchen and awoke to trumpeter swans one morning I was there. The interior is as stunning as the photos. Very well kept and clean. It truly is the nicest retreat.

Amy’s home was so comfortable. She was so friendly and so flexible. Our girls group takes annual trips across MN and this home was one of our favorites! The yard is so amazing! We hung out on the back deck and relaxed on their awesomely large couch :) would recommend!

Justin's place was the perfect respite for me and my pug during a recent family visit. Everything was cozy, accessible and the location is perfect!
