The Beach House is a first floor step free condo 7 houses from Newcome Beach; just two blocks from sandy beaches and gorgeous sunsets! Master bedroom w/new King sized bed, new carpet, walk in closet, and private bath with new ADA low barrier handicapped shower. Amazing water pressure! The 2nd bedroom has XL twin beds, (new mattresses) and bathroom with shower off the hall. New sofa bed in LR. Private patio with new 6 burner grill. We are on the "beach side" of town.

Couples Getaway - this 1BR, 1 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great place to snuggle up after a fun day exploring the area. Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the apartment and balcony.
