With three bedrooms, 1 master bathroom and 1 en-suite and a toilet located downstairs. In the heart of Dublin but quiet area. Trinity, St Stephens Green, Teelings whiskey distillery, Guinness store house are all within walking distance. The best pubs and restaurants are 5 mins walk on Camden St (Temple Bar for Locals!).It is a 10 minute walk to Camden St which is full of restaurants, cafes and bars and then a further 5 minutes to Grafton St & St Stephens Green.

I'm proud to say my home was used in Season two of Apple tv's Bad Sister's (Grace's house)if your curious... For Seashell I wanted to create a sense of peace and calm. It is rustically natural where small details echo peace; a shell on a windowsill, a flower in a vase. The bed is a small double so it's intimate. I love considered interiors and styling spaces. It's beachy without being cliche. I hope you find rest and simplicity here. Seashell is tucked into what I believe is a perfect beach.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

Large gardens to sit out. Free parking, fully equipped, door to patio from living rm. Open fire. 2nd flr, v safe, no lift. By the sea. Strong WIFI, Netflicks, TV. Not a sleek mod hotel-like flat tho. Full of charachter. Stylish. Min july/aug stay is 6 days.
