The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Modern villa with hot tub and home theater

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Mini domek je v blízkosti malého rodinného statku, k němuž patří také malá včelí farma. Po domluvě je možná prohlídka včelí farmy a zakoupení místního medu, který je regionálním produktem. Okolí je ideální pro houbaření, cyklistiku, turistiku. Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Užijte si pobyt v klidném prostředí naší maringotky se včelkami, obklopeni nádhernou přírodou na okraji CHKO Brdy a relaxujte v naší soukromé sauně. Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

Zažij svobodu divokého západu! Tiny House Wild West stojí přímo nad rybníkem uprostřed pastvin, kde se krávy volně toulají a klid ruší jen praskání ohně. Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.
