Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Umrahmt wird das - von euch komplett nutzbare - 1600qm große Grundstück von altem Baumbestand, Wildwuchs und sehr viel Freifläche zum Spielen, Zelten oder Feiern. I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

Weser view with high comfort

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.
