Since 1844, the Brömmer family has been running it with passion, love of animals and hospitality. Three great vacation homes with six apartments, sauna, swimming pond and play barn for children invite you to relax. Whether as a couple, family or with friends – here you will find peace, nature and a real North Sea feeling.

Very cozy half-timbered house in the countryside near Bremen

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

You will live in a detached wooden house with its own sauna, very elegant shower area and terrace. The room, designed for 2 people, is about 55 m2 and includes a bathroom, a furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are wildly romantic with lots of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. If you would like to travel with more than 2 people, I recommend my second listing (under my profile) with an additional bedroom.

Our "Walachei" is a special truss under thatch on an idyllic estate with a garden and small lake. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for a break with friends or family. The spacious living area offers plenty of space and freedom. Many extras such as a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace invite you to relax. An additional highlight is the garden shielded from view. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m² farmhouse with a natural, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 75 m² living/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a 70 m² hallway with a ping pong table, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.
