Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Unser reetgedeckter, 200 Jahre alter Resthof liegt idyllisch zwischen dem ca. 500 m entfernten Nordseedeich und dem kleinen Ort Seefeld unmittelbar vor der Halbinsel Butjadingen. Wir sind stolz auf eine besonders familiäre Atmosphäre, die wir hier Jahr für Jahr mit unseren Gästen genießen. Im Dorf wartet eine alte Galerie - Holländermühle mit monatlichem Landfrauenmarkt auf Euch. Ein abwechslungsreiches Freizeitangebot für Jedermann bieten Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven und Wilhelmshaven.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

We rent our thatched roof property with a total of 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room overlooking the countryside and a spacious bathroom. On our terrace or in the beautiful garden, you can enjoy the free days perfectly with a view of the pony willows. Just like on the beautiful, only about Weser beach, which is 3 kilometers away. Since we also have a stable, as well as free pastures, your own ponies or horses can be brought along by arrangement and dogs are also welcome.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.
