The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Our apartment is located in a quiet, village district, not in the city center. It is a fully equipped two-room apartment, where families with children are also in good hands. You have the heath, the heath lake with a lido right outside the door and can easily start excursions on foot or by bike. Please note the village location when booking and do not rate it negatively, because unfortunately we cannot change it. We don't rent to craftsmen.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential neighborhood of Halle. In 20 minutes' walk or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city center. On foot it is only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, The apartment is cozy and individually furnished, but not crowded. We can accommodate up to 5 people.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The city park and the marketplace, where there are several shops and attractions, are within a 3-minute walk. At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
