The comfortable and well-equipped holiday home is the ideal starting point to get to know the region from the Steinhuder Meer to Porta Westfalica on the Weser and Wiehengebirge. Situated directly on the Weser Cycle Path, there are a variety of cycling tours to the surrounding countryside (Steinhuder Meer, Storchenroute, Kloster Loccum, Dinopark). Beautiful day trips to Minden, Hameln, Hanover, Bielefeld and Bremen.

The lovingly furnished half of the house is located on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Schaumburg and is a former workers' house from the Coverden domain. It is perfect for holidays in the countryside, family vacations, recreation, hiking and cycling in the Weser Uplands. Up to six people can stay in the cozy bedrooms. In front of the house, there are two parking spaces. The highlight is the terrace in the garden with lots of sun and a fantastic view of the idyllic Weser Valley.

Historic Cottage for nature lovers

Unser kleines Backhaus stammt ursprünglich aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und gehörte zu einem großen Niedersachsenhof, der leider nicht mehr existiert. Jutta hat das Haus vor gut 20 Jahren erworben und es mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail zu einer kleinen Oase gemacht. Gelegen im 1000 Seelen Dorf mit Dorfladen, Bank und Tankstelle kann man Ruhe und Entspannung unter den riesigen Eichen finden. Ausgebaute Radwege laden zu Fahradfahren ein. Die ländliche Umgebung bietet jede Menge Natur.

Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close.

Beautiful house , quiet location, with plenty of space for 6 up to guests (sofa bed available). In the middle of the Schaumburger Land, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking or even just to rest. Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer and winter, the Schaumburg Land invites you to long hikes by foot or by bike. Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Heute lädt das Haus zu idyllischen Abenden und zum Entspannen & Abschalten ein. Kochen mit Freunden ist in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ein Genuss. Sauna und Bad sind ein Traum. Chalet Schaumburg

Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation amidst fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400 m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.

In the midst of nature and a gigantic view from the vacation home, you can enjoy peace and lifestyle, experience pure nature at its best in every season. Hiking through meadows and forests, the surroundings offer many activities, more than 150 km of cycling and hiking trails or drive by car to many sights, such as the Externsteine or the Hermannsdenkmal. Restaurants, bakeries, butchers and larger cities are in the immediate vicinity.

Cozy, bright room with shower , which is located on the ground floor in the annex of a quiet detached house for your own use. A small kitchenette is still in progress, but at the moment the practical kitchen can be used... you can reach in a few steps across the hallway :)
