The apartment is set on one level and combines a bright living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. It is, for example, 12 km from Coesfeld, about 20 km from Winterswijk NL and invites you to take extensive cycling tours (100 Castles Route; Flamingo Route, etc.). You'll love our place because of its bright, clean and French character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers and cyclists.

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams still wind their way through the small-scale collis landscape with its woods, fields, lanes, wood walls and Scholtengoederen. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mentioned as Bovekinck) formerly part of Kasteel het Waliën, we have created a vacation home. Using old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.
