From the tranquility of the forest to the beaches of Höllviken and Falsterbo in 25 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest but where everything is within arm's reach.

Experience the tranquility of this spacious and peaceful home. Wake up in this house located on a private plot with nature and horses as a neighbor. The accommodation is bright, fresh and is located in the countryside. With a private patio overlooking the Skåne hills, there is time to enjoy. In the house, there is access to a machine, water, microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge. There is also space for your car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away and 4 km to the train station.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides around 50 litres, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

This elegant accommodation is perfect for two families. You will stay in our villa with its guest house, pool and wood-fired sauna. You have 25 minutes to Malmö and Lund by car. There are several golf courses nearby. 3 minutes to The National and 10 minutes to Bokskogens Golf Club. Grocery store 750 meters. Cleaning and sheets and towels are included. Of course, we do not smoke indoors or outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
