The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc

This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Newly converted three bedroom barn conversion in Kings Bromley, lots of attractions within a short drive. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and air fryer. The is a Pac man arcade machine, hot tub and karaoke machine and dart board. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar along with towels and shower gel / shampoo are provided. The is a double sofa bed in the lounge that we provide bedding for if requested. Lots of local walks and places to visit locally.
