Sie verfügt über einen Wohn- und Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett & ein Badezimmer. Im Wohnbereich die Schlafcouch hat ebenfalls 2 Schlafplätze. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG/Souterrain und ist 45qm gross.

Klein aber fein, ist dieses gepflegte Appartement mit ca. 40 qm nahe Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die moderne Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Ein Sprung in den Schlachtensee ist fußläufig möglich.

Die Gegend ist sehr Hundefreundlich. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio bzw. ein Reiterhof.

Genieße das Leben am See in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Unser Apartment wurde gerade mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, Einbauküche, großzügiges Wannenbad, Fußbodenheizung und großer Terrasse laden zum entspannen und arbeiten ein. Baden auf dem Grundstück am Steg bei uns im Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam ist für mutige fast das ganze Jahr möglich ;-).

Eine kleine und sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Naturpark Nuthe-Nieplitz mit guter Anbindung nach Potsdam und Berlin. Die 2 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich im Souterrain einer Doppelhaushälfte, hat 40 qm, ist komplett neu saniert, mit separatem Eingang, kleiner Terasse und wunderschönem Blick in den Garten, der selbstverständlich genutzt werden darf.
