Two flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided. The guests of Casa Fiumana have complete privacy and exclusive use of swimming pool and outdoor of 250 m2 with a terrace with a barbecue and a sun-deck (gazebo).

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
