What a gem amongst the seeming ordinariness of a lot on offer. The renovated industrial apartment, entered off a treed courtyard, was roomy and quirkily decorated making a warm and welcoming space. Bathrooms are new and fresh. Kitchen had all we needed. Shivani generously left some treats and basics. The off street car park was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

The property is very comfortable, and its design is gorgeous. Dini is so friendly and provides everything that may be needed thoughtfully. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Sydney.

Rodney has to be one of the most generous hosts we have stayed with. Our stay of almost three weeks was perfect in almost every possible way. And when we did have a few requests he addressed them quickly. The apartment is spacious and we had a lot of supplies in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet. Rodney provided excellent toiletries and good quality bed linen. The bus stop is close by and there are several very good cafes and restaurants in the area. Coles is nearby, too. There are a couple of issues but they are clearly explained in the listing. One, is the lack of a lift (didn't bother us too much). Two, the sound of low-flying aeroplanes (some days were worse than others). But for us it was a superb stay with a host who is keen to make your stay comfortable.

I love staying at this great little AirBNB, i’ve stayed four times now and it’s so convenient when visiting family in Petersham. it’s a lovely little oasis but close to everything you need. Brothers Ben cafe next door is a gem! looking forward to coming back hopefully next year!
