Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

We are delighted with the apartment, we went with family and we all went out satisfied, we were well accommodated the apartment is beautiful and in great location, all of the super attentive reception and Ronie also, always answered our questions quickly! We will definitely indicate and return to enjoy the holidays!

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

The place is exceptional. Apartment accommodated us very well. Very clean and organized. Beautiful place, the landscape is magnificent. Even on a rainy day we enjoy the pool area. Márcio served us very well and always very quickly. The site staff are also very polite and helpful. It is well worth it.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. It was a great choice, the Apt is very good, well equipped and clean. We had a problem with the unloading of one of the vessels, but we got around the problem. Anita was very attentive and always kept in touch with us. Just a negative point for the sofa, very uncomfortable! But we would repeat the experience!

The apartment is very nice, bigger than in the photos, the roof with the jacuzzi and barbecue is a great place to enjoy with the family , great location, it looks like you are inside the Shopping Mall.

The apt of Éder is cozy and has a good location, close to bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air conditioning and showers working well, the difference of the condominium is the river, warm water until 22:00, Éder was a great host.
